Greeneries of Memories – My 18 TDL

Hello my dear readers and fellow bloggers, I’ve just finished my home workout as i need to follow some a little program and i should’ve never missed a routine to stay in hunt for what every man wanna have in his lifetime! Your guess is as good as mine I hope…. Anyway, going back to our subject which we all knew should have been done in print last entry month of the year nut here we are entering the last week of the second month but nonetheless it’s just fine as it’s the quality and not the quantity were after at here at my blog site. As you can see in my Instagram account the activities that’ I’ve been doing the past weeks or so and that was the real deal breaker that keeps me off hand the laptop for some reason and without further ado here we are again…  Happy reading and please send your thoughts as I’ll be happy to hear from you soon!

It is everyone’s’ dream to go at least once a week to the parks, picnic and spend quality time with their love ones under the sun or al fresco. The sound of kids shrieking, shouting and running every corners of the parks cognitively brings back our inner thoughts of our childhood memories. You were a kid before and it’s that kind of feeling that we somehow feel we’ve come along way and can’t help but smile of those mischievous things you’ve done. Nothing is worth remembering but our loved ones who’ve passed away. No need to wait for that feast of the souls.

Peaceful places creatively brings back old days, check out those pocket parks even inside the enclaves of your home ground. Pick up that small books of know how and continue learning. Isn’t it beautiful looking at those greeneries while looking back and putting up a smile or two with those candid pictures you got at those grandfather of all Facebook which is the hard copies of scrapbooks. ?

We got two prominent colors to look back.. blue up in the sky and green along the ground but these two will bring you the same memories you’ll always dear to look for. -Paquito

its a new beginning!

As promise we gotta start with the most important part of the list ! Your health, all the remaining 17 of the listed eighteen will be nothing if we don’t make ourself healthy. When you say healthy this means you’re in the pink of health. All the biological body fluid levels are in a normal level and your vitals are ahem all working.

Check your health, all your senses must be well and duly oriented properly, the hand and sight must be complimentary in sync with what you are doing be it in sports or driving. How do we measure our agility depends on our age. But the sole purpose is to ensure that we are able and very agile to the rigors of challenges ahead of us. Being healthy for the rest of the years is like having a hundred percent attendance in classes without missing any lesson as day progresses. So better be on track of the following to be abreast of what was planned ahead.. here are few important that you need to watch out for ;

Heart and its corresponding red flags

Cardiovascular Health

Digestive Health

Reproductive Health

Eye , Ear , Nose and Throat

Internal Organs such as Colon , Livers , Kidney , Pancreas and others

Cancer detection and treatment

These are just some of the notable health issues hounding the people of modern times which are attributable to the present lifestyle and food selection available in the market. As the agriculture produce were being modified , it has taken its toll to women’s health particularly with their reproductive health and fatal cancer symptoms traceable to what was being served in food, eaten on a daily basis.

Be on top of your health in order to fulfill that well-laid-plans and give your self a better chance to improve life and with all the possibilities ahead. When you are healthy , you are at your smartest senses and elements; at your strongest capacity to endure the pain of making it to your dream.
