How to get to Minor Basilica of Our Lady Of Rosary of Manaoag

Good day my warmest reading public, I’ve noticed that there are plenty of views looking for the right direction or I think the most accurate way to get to the Basilica Minore of Our Lady of Rosary of Manaoag which is located at Milo Street, Manaoag, Pangasinan Philippines. The following are the frame by frame instructions I’m offering to all of you who are first timer to go there and unaware or misinformed of how to really traverse the best possible route available with use of national highways such as North Luzon Expressway or NLEX then Subic-Tarlac Expressway or SCTEX and finally the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway or TPLEX which I think have reached the La Union province going up until the summer capital of the north, the Baguio City.  You can always check the Google Earth for an accurate and interactive way of learning how to get there without any room for error. Enjoy your trip in a most safest way.

mindanao ave point of origin

Point of origin for this trip shall start from the Mindanao Avenue extension, coming from Trinoma or North Avenue in Quezon City this is the highway or major on your right facing west towards Quiapo. Traverse the subway and in a couple of minutes you’ll be on the edge of the highway which is very obvious with the presence of clear signboards pointing to NLEX.. Head west or LEFT-TURN to that Mindanao Ave.-Smart Connect road to take the first Toll plaza.

Turn Right towards NLEX

TURN – RIGHT to North Luzon Expressway , if head straight you’ll miss the entry and you need to make a u-turn ahead and turn Right, now using the Cloverleaf .

Exit at SCTEX-Clark

After travelling for more than a distance of 75 kilometers, you are now ready to enter the very First EXIT from the NLEX by going rightmost lane and follow the rounding interchange road to Toll way of SCTEX, Clark Airport.

KEEP LEFT towards NLEX-SCTEX

Head straight and KEEP LEFT to continue towards direction of SCTEX and TPLEX expressways. This time the speed limit is well monitored by several mobile highway patrols, CCTV’s, and radar system which are strategically in place across the expressway. You’ll notice of some apprehension once you reach the next Toll plaza.

KEEP RIGHT follow signs for Concepcion- Hacienda Luisita-Tarlac-Baguio TPLEX

It wont be too long that you gotta keep right to traverse the expressway bearing the signboard read as Clark North, Hacienda Luisita, Tarlac, and Baguio City, TPLEX . This will lead you to interconnect with the last expressway prior to exit to the town in reaching the basilica.

CONTINUE to Tarlac-Pangasinan-LaUnion Expressway

Head straight towards the Tarlac – Pangasinan – La Union Expressway, this time you have an option where to exit as there are two exit points that were both manageable and convenient for your own decision. Urdaneta Toll Plaza exit or the Binalonan Toll Plaza. If you have plans to take breakfast or lunch at the Urdaneta town you have to take that exit but if not, then go ahead to the last and near the destination exit which is the Binalonan exit.

EXIT to BINALONAN Toll Plaza

After a more or less 182 kilometers of travelling or an hour and a half travel time, you are now on the last leg of the route. From the exit toll plaza, the basilica is more or less 9 kilometers away and you can be there with the traffic included at more or less in half an hour.

Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag

Above is the Google Earth captured image showing its relation to road coming from the exits. The listed distance was 191 kilometers with a travel time of 2 hours and 23 minutes passing thru the NLEX, SCTEX and TPLEX. I’m encouraging you to leave early in the morning and leave the place after lunch if you’re allergic to traffic… take note that there is no such thing as peak season in trekking the road or the expressway since you’ll be sharing it with those traveler’s going to their respective provinces such as Tarlac, Dagupan, Nueva Eicija and even Baguio City.

Pangasinan City is rich in history when it comes to food and delicacies… locals will offer you “papaitan” and “tupig” , both are worth a try ! But before anything else, a solemn prayer and silent wishes is what you were there for and there’s no better way to spend it by lighting a candle in one of the sections of the holy basilica.

Planning your trip ahead is one of the best thing to do if it requires you to drive to less than 6 hours back and forth. Keep with you enough drinking water as you dont want to get upset stomach after trying those local foods which are all alien to your digestion system.

I hope these eight frame instructional guide will make your trip handy and serve more than what you are looking for, have a safe trip ahead and God Bless Everyone!

“Lord,” said Thomas, “we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, ” I am the way and the truth and the life. no once comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6

The 4 R’s of Success

Results especially as a fruit of great resource tastes sweetest according to many, that defines success and deserving an accolade or high respects from any of its peers and competitors. Too many complicated and simple documents have been published and they claimed it was the best way that befittingly describes success as for them,… the harder and difficult to achieve it the most worth celebrating it once those involved realize the thunderous reflection of downfall should failure becomes an option.. unavoidable destruction.

Whilst most are creatively employs techniques and scientific way or process very few take the road of success in the most unknown and less motivating way to regain success. There are four R’s of diversionary tactics or techniques that gives us a notion of negative way to achieve success in the end. You’ve must be surprised how could that be  and it’s effectivity ? Will it bring the same results? Will it end as normally as expected ? Or shall we relinquished the odds and accept the fate as it is? And walk away with the best and most practical outcome we can consider successful in the end.

There are four R’s that can clearly define these that may sound not good in the first but could transpose the results better for a long term cause.

REJECT – By rejection of or elimination of several reject-able odds, you are unconsciously                  exercising the process of elimination until you see the best potential and                                adaptable  solution or tangibles for that particular situation or predicament.

REPEAL – Maybe you got too many options or by product of ideas but still requires                              reconsideration or repealing clause as it might be too good to be true yet worth                  the key to rescind and reconstitute a new one that best suit the deal of the                            situation.

REPLACE – After a progressive and regrouping process of the odds and reorganization of                    every detailed tangibles but still we were unable to established a sound                                solution, think of it a hundredfold times before replacing the united stand that                    corruptibility literally reverberating inside every halls of the space. Though its                    a tedious process to start all over again it still worth the time once you all find                      the and shout in unison what is best and much needed for that particular                              challenging of corporate storm.

REPAIR – They said there is the ample and nice options that everybody abides with and                      the same all are unsatisfied with the profound results… the best way to                                  approach it is to do some repair either in details or with the majors. It is by far                    the easiest since it can be mustered with the re-organizing, eliminating,                                revoking of particulars relative to creation of a more dignified and company or                  personal aligned missions in reaching the desired direction of any particular                        deed.

Now that we are all aware that not all negative actions or whitewashing can create the same negative results but the opposite. Try to be the best and logical professional in order for you to get to move forward and successful in the end.

Negative results strengthen the aim of getting successful in the end. – Paquito

Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag …… Trip Up North in Manaoag Pangasinan, Philippines

Devoted Roman Catholics make their daily trip to one of the most miraculous church in the northern part of the Philippines, the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag in Manaoag Pangasinan which is under the administration of Archdiocese of Lingayen-Pangasinan. People from all walks of life or status seeking divine intervention… healing of the sick and asking guidance through strong prayers were found true according to those who have manifested and became ardent devotee and follower after receiving the requested favors and petitions. You must attend a mass before receiving the holy communion and seeking grant to your petition/s.

Getting there is now made easier than ever as new highways interlinking the major thoroughfares from Metro Manila are already in place, and for only half an hour and two the 200 kilometer is the fastest with the usual traffic. Having the Quezon City Memorial Circle as the starting point, head north to Mindanao Avenue and straight to the very first toll gate of the North Luzon Expressway or NLEX and pay the minimum toll fee (45 Php). Go straight and take the exit SCTEX/Clark Airport (+/- 300Php) then had towards an interchange and take right to follow Clark North/Hacienda Luisita/Tarlac City/Baguio /TPLEX… you wont get confuse here as this is the only expressway leading to the last exit point of TPLEX which is the Binalonan Exit (+/-300Php). It’s just another 10-15 minutes drive going to Milo Street where the basilica is located to your left. I suggest you take the same route for a hassle free travel in going back, as bridge going to Urdaneta is under construction. As for the food, it’s up to you since there are a lot to choose from, but i can’t help but tell you that a small tupig vendor located downstairs to the left of the basilica is the probably the best i’ve ever tasted!

It’s an amazing spiritual experience and going back is an option as the Lord have paved the easiest and safest way to the basilica minor. For more of Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag, check Google and see the history, other options to go directly and communication details.
